up-to-date best practices and third-party audits so that we are better equipped to facilitate your compliance efforts. As of 2014, NVR Title has instituted ALTA Best Practices and continues to review its compliance on an ongoing basis. NVR Title has also completed
its examination in conformity with Statement on Standards for Attestation Engagements (SSAE) No.16 through a third-party auditor.
